Schedule an In-home, Office, Telephone or Email Appointment

We require a $50 deposit when you schedule a telephone, office, or in-home appointment. This can be by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), check or money order. This non-refundable $50 is charged to your account (or check cashed) 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will contact you 72 hours before the appointment to reconfirm. Cancellations must be received 48 hours before the appointment to avoid being charged the $50 deposit. The deposit is deducted from your total fee. Office and in-home consults are $300 (plus a travel fee for in-home) and telephone consultations are $195. For complete details, see our Consultation page. Payment in full is required at the completion of the initial consultation.

The full $175 fee for an email consult will be charged when you authorize us to do so, and BEFORE your initial set of questions is emailed to you.
